Help us make shared knowledge and opportunity easier to access.
Report an access problemAccess for everyone
We want everyone to be able to explore Net Zero Club, learn from shared experience and take part in the conversation. If something on this website makes that difficult, please tell us.
Our current accessibility position
A full accessibility assessment of the rebuilt website has not yet been completed. We cannot currently confirm that every page, form, document or recording meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We will update this statement as assessment findings and improvements are confirmed.
If you need help accessing content
Email Lee at lee@net-zero.scot with the page or resource you need and the format or support that would help. We will discuss what we can provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information or medical details.
Report an accessibility problem
To help us understand the problem, include the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. If useful, tell us your device, browser and any assistive technology you were using. Let us know how you would prefer us to contact you.
Using your own settings
Your browser or device may offer text enlargement, zoom, contrast settings, speech tools and keyboard navigation. These can help you adapt how you view content. If the website becomes difficult to use with your preferred settings, please report the page and the problem.
Documents, recordings and other services
Documents, recordings and external services may have different accessibility features. If captions, a transcript, a document or a linked service does not meet your needs, contact Lee with the resource details so we can discuss possible alternatives.
Keeping this statement up to date
